All breast milk is different in color due to different mineral components from the mother's body. Therefore, your breast milk stone will not look identical to the images on the website. That’s also what makes it unique and special to you.

Our keepsake jewelry is made with your own breast milk (inclusions can also be baby's hair or dried flower). After we received your breastmilk we then carefully preserve the breastmilk into powder form and mix with the highest quality resin and turn it into jewelry.

For the customizing process, our rule is “3 in 3 out”, which means that initially, you can write to us all of your preferences, how you want your jewelry to look like, and everything else you would like to add on or for us to know. Then, we will send you a CAD according to your description. At this time, you have a second chance to modify anything you would like and give as many suggestions as you want. Later, we will send you a modified and refined version of the CAD. Now, you have your final chance to finalize any details and concerns. Shortly after that, you will receive your products. 

Basically, this process gives you three turns to make your customized jewelry as perfect as you wish. Any further negotiations and changes required will lead to extra cost.

Yes, you can use breast milk that is fresh, old or defrosted.

We store your breast milk in pre-treated container to ensure that your breast milk does not spoil during the long transit time, even if your breastmilk is old.

We require 10ml of milk to create your breastmilk stone. 

We will store your leftover breast milk for one year in the event you wish to purchase a second piece.

We use a proprietary curing process and high quality resins to neutralize your milk and prevent it from discoloring. However, since all resins turn amber when exposed to UV light, your stones may develop a creamy hue over time. But this is completely natural. No yellowing will occur.

Breastmilk jewelry is durable. However, as with any fine jewelry, proper care and handling are essential and contribute to the durability of your breastmilk jewelry.

Keep it away from chemicals, chlorine and bleach. Keep it dry, avoid wearing while sweating, bathing and swimming. Keep it away from excessive exposure to air or sunlight.

Store it in the flannel pouch or jewelry storage box provided. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products.

Using a small amount of jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the jewelry several times. Then rinse it thoroughly in warm water and then dry carefully.

The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to visit your local jeweler and have them size your ring finger. Otherwise, please prefer our ring size chart.

Our stones are made from the highest quality UV resistant resin. However, it's natural that resin may change its color over time. The stone may slightly turn to a creamy ivory color over time but it will never turn yellow. Proper care of your jewelry is the key to keep it long lasting. Please read our care instructions card. Buyers are responsible to read and follow care instructions provided.

Our keepsake jewelry are not meant for daily wear. Main reason is the stones are scratch resistant but not scratch-proof. The stones may be also sensitive to direct sunlight, heat and/ or moisture. 

The standard processing time for our keepsake jewelry is four to six weeks from the date we receive your milk（ashes，hair or placenta）, but up to eight weeks for complex pieces.
