They emailed when they received the ashes and at each stage of the process. So there was no wondering. And the stone is better than I imagined. I am able to keep my baby with me each day which in this time of grief has been helpful and healing. I will definitely recommend to others.

The sparkle isn't quite as intense as I anticipated, but that in no way diminishes the sentiment. I ordered my ring in 10k rose gold with the opal type additive. I would highly recommend this ring.
