To ensure your final piece satisfies your vision, we maintain a “Three Steps to Perfection” process.

Share Your Vision: We begin by listening to your ideas, design preferences, and the inspiration behind your piece with our team.

Review Your Digital Design: Based on your input, we provide a detailed digital CAD design. This allows you to review the concept closely and suggest any adjustments to the layout or details.

Bringing It to Life: Once you officially finalize and approve the design, we move into jewelry production and begin crafting your piece. (Please note that because handcrafting begins immediately, any additional changes requested after this step may incur extra charges.)
How can I contribute to the custom design process?
Our team works seriously with our customers throughout the entire production process. Your custom jewelry design already begins by selecting the options provided on our Love Catcher website—whether through choosing the main material (i.e., ashes), which decorative options you like, and more.
To further specify any customizations, at the end of your order, there is a section titled ‘Additional Notes’ where you can tell us more customization ideas you may want for your jewelry piece. As long as we are able to fulfill your request, we will confirm your order! If not, we will communicate with you and do our best to work out possible alternatives.
What does the CAD design technology involve?
To take the guesswork out of the custom process, we translate your ideas into a digital CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model. This blueprint gives you a clear, multi-angle view of what your finished jewelry will look like. We welcome your feedback during this stage to tweak and refine the details until it perfectly matches your vision.
Can I see a preview of my design before it is made?
Yes! Because we want to ensure your memorial piece is exactly as you envisioned, our design collaboration can include a review process. If you specify for us to do so, or if we believe it best to confirm the final result with you (i.e., an order with multiple customer customizations), we will work with you to go over the details of your keepsake before shipping it to you.
If you are not fully satisfied with the result, we will continue to work with you to create a new piece that complies with your request. (Please note that additional fees may potentially apply in this situation.)
