If it has been more than 2 weeks since your order confirmation and your mailbox is still empty, please contact us. Standard mail can occasionally experience regional transit delays, but we want to ensure your journey with us is smooth. How much breastmilk do I need to send for my jewelry?
You do not need to worry about sending a large amount of your precious supply. Our specialized preservation process requires only a very small quantity—only around 10 ml (or almost half an ounce) of breastmilk—to create your personalized stone. The exact requirement will be clearly detailed in the instruction guide included with your kit.
Can I send expired or previously frozen breastmilk?
Yes, absolutely. Because the milk used in memorial and keepsake jewelry is structurally preserved and not consumed, the age of the milk does not impact the final piece.
