Our standard processing time for keepsake jewelry is 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your materials (breast milk, ashes, hair, or placenta). For more intricate or complex designs, processing may take up to 8 weeks.
What does your standard processing timeline for jewelry look like?
For the majority of our memorial and keepsake jewelry, our standard processing time is roughly 4 to 6 weeks. This timeline begins on the exact date we receive your materials (such as breast milk, ashes, hair, or placenta) at our studio, rather than the date the order is placed. From here, we notify our customers that we have received their materials and begin the jewelry production process. After about 4 to 6 weeks, customers should receive a message that their order has been shipped out.
What does your more intricate/complex processing timeline for jewelry look like?
If you have chosen a highly customized, multi-layered, or intricate design, the crafting process will require additional steps—and thus, additional time—to ensure completion and high quality. For these specialized pieces, production may take up to 8 weeks. We know this can feel like a long wait, but we want to make sure all of our pieces turn out beautifully crafted and long-lasting.
Can I expedite my order in any way?
Yes! If you choose our Rush Turnaround option, we will prioritize your order and ship it to you within 4 weeks of receiving your materials. Keep in mind that our Rush Turnaround option requires an additional fee.
Will international shipping take longer?
Yes, international orders will likely take longer to ship to our customers. For shipping your materials to us, we will provide a storage container, instructions, and return packaging, but international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For the orders, we will handle the processing at your convenience, so no need to worry about your jewelry piece(s), but keep in mind that international shipping may require additional fees and may take a few more weeks on top of our two processing timelines.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Yes and no. Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations and returns are only possible in cases of jewelry defects or errors on our part. If an issue related to these situations arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will promptly provide a replacement.
