Can I Reuse the Same Breastmilk Collection Kit for Two Love Catcher Orders?

Can I Reuse the Same Kit for Two Orders?

Yes, you can absolutely use a single collection kit for two or more orders.

If you have placed multiple orders—or have multiple items within the same order that require different inclusions—you can send them back to our studio together. To ensure our artisans craft each piece perfectly, please label each inclusion with its specific material type, and prominently write all relevant order numbers and your full name on the outside of the kit and on the inner packaging.

How should I separate different inclusions inside the kit?

If you are sending materials for different pieces (such as hair for one charm and ashes for another), please place them in separate, sealed bags inside the kit. Clearly label each individual bag with the donor's name, the type of inclusion, and the corresponding item it belongs to.

What should I do if my orders were placed at different times?

As long as you have received the collection kit, you can include materials for separate orders placed at different times. The most critical step is ensuring that both order numbers are written clearly on your paperwork and on the shipping container so our team can link them in our system.

Will combining orders affect the crafting timeline?

Combining your inclusions into one kit streamlines our intake process. However, please note that because our keepsake jewelry is meticulously handcrafted, the overall production timeline will depend on the piece that requires the most intricate crafting. Your items will typically ship together once the entire order is complete.

Is there a limit to how many inclusions I can send in one kit?

While there is no strict limit on the number of orders you can combine, please ensure that everything fits securely inside the provided collection kit without compromising the packaging. Each inclusion must be safely sealed to prevent any cross-contamination during transit.
