We operate design studios in both Canada and the United States. These two spaces are where our teams carefully handle your most cherished materials and craft your jewelry pieces.

Which location should I ship my materials to?
Your shipping destination depends entirely on your location and the specific instructions provided during your order process. Once your order is placed, our team will coordinate with you to ensure your elements are sent safely to the correct regional studio.
Typically, we will ask you to ship it to our address within the same geographical location as you (same country), but if we do not have a location in your area, we will have you ship it to the studio closest to you. Keep in mind that international shipping will require additional work and fees on the customerโs part.
