While DNA testing is the only way to guarantee proof your materials were used, we take extreme care in handling the materials you send, which includes fulfilling every customer’s jewelry order with respect. Since 2019, our reputation has been built on integrity and high-quality craftsmanship, and we take these responsibilities very seriously.

What does our process look like?
Our goal is to create jewelry that stores your memories and experiences. Each order is individually prepared and crafted using the materials received directly from the customer. We understand that these items are irreplaceable, so we take extensive precautions to carefully organize, label, and handle all materials and orders throughout our production.
What do we do with any extra material(s)?
Our respect for your sent materials does not just stop at the jewelry production process. We also take care in ensuring that, if the customer wishes, any remaining materials will be sent back to them safely packaged with their order.
If the customer clarifies that they would not like their materials back, we still make sure to label their materials and store them for potential future use (i.e., the same customer orders again).
Will I be able to see if my materials are used?
This will depend on what materials you want in your jewelry, and the level of visibility you choose for specific materials. For example, if you ordered a piece of ashes jewelry, you are able to select whether you want the ashes to be highly visible, somewhat visible, or not visible at all.
For the choice of not visible ashes and other jewelry keepsakes where you cannot see the material, we once again ask you to trust us in handling your order with great attention and care.
