Do You Store Unused/Leftover Materials?
When creating your jewelry keepsakes, ensuring the safety of your materials is one of our highest priorities. We also know that any customer is a potential returning customer.
As a result, we can store any leftover preserved materials for up to one year, allowing you to order additional keepsakes in the future. Once your initial piece is crafted, any remaining material is cataloged and kept securely, in case you order from us again.
What happens after one year?
To maintain optimal storage conditions and organization within our studio, we safely hold materials for up to one full year from your initial order date. If you do not request additional keepsakes within this timeframe, any remaining preserved elements will be handled or returned according to our standard studio procedures.
Can I still get my materials/sample back?
Yes! You can specifically tell us to return your materials to you after we have finished crafting your jewelry, whether that’s ashes, hair, or something else. The only exception to this are breastmilk samples, as they are processed into breastmilk powder, which is safely preserved and stored for our future use. For ashes, any unused portions will be returned to you along with the finished piece.
How will future ordering work?
Our one-year storage policy is designed with your convenience in mind. Within this twelve-month window, you can simply place an order for a new jewelry piece—such as a matching ring, pendant, or a gift for a family member—without the need to ship additional materials to our studio.
Because we also keep a catalog of the materials we receive, we will let you know that you do not need to send us materials.
