What materials can be included in the jewelry?
We have many options for keepsake jewelry, along with pictured samples on our website to provide possible jewelry designs. For main materials, we offer jewelry pieces that contain cremated ashes, breastmilk, hair, fur, baby footprints, and more. We also provide decorative options along with these main materials, such as colored powder, glitter, birthstones, opal flakes, etc.

How can I contribute to the custom design process?
Our team works seriously with our customers throughout the entire production process. Your custom jewelry design already begins by selecting the options provided on our Love Catcher websiteโwhether through choosing the main material (i.e., ashes), which decorative options you like, and more.
To further specify any customizations, at the end of your order, there is a section titled โAdditional Notesโ where you can tell us more customization ideas you may want for your jewelry piece. As long as we are able to fulfill your request, we will confirm your order! If not, we will communicate with you and do our best to work out possible alternatives.
Will I be able to see if my materials are used?
This will depend on what materials you want in your jewelry, and the level of visibility you choose for specific materials. For example, if you ordered a piece of ashes jewelry, you are able to select whether you want the ashes to be highly visible, somewhat visible, or not visible at all.
For the choice of not visible ashes and other jewelry keepsakes where you cannot see the material, we once again ask you to trust us in handling your order with great attention and care.
Can I see a preview of my design before it is made?
Yes! Because we want to ensure your memorial piece is exactly as you envisioned, our design collaboration can include a review process. If you specify for us to do so, or if we believe it best to confirm the final result with you (i.e., an order with multiple customer customizations), we will work with you to go over the details of your keepsake before shipping it to you.
If you are not fully satisfied with the result, we will continue to work with you to create a new piece that complies with your request. (Please note that additional fees may potentially apply in this situation.)
Can I choose the design and layout of the elements inside the resin?
Yes! You may choose what main materials (ashes, breastmilk, etc.) and decorative options (opal flakes, colored powder, etc.) go into your jewelry. On top of this, you may also specify for certain materials (i.e., ashes) how visible you want them to be in your jewelry.
