Changes can be made for an additional fee, depending on the current status of your order. If our artisans have already begun crafting your jewelry, the modification fee may be higher to cover the cost of materials and labor already invested. The process begins when we receive and log your materials at our studio, then we enter the crafting process, and finally, after about 4 to 6 weeks, our jewelry will take a few business days to ship to your door. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey!
