If your jewelry requires a sample (such as ashes, hair, or other elements), we will update your order status the moment your materials safely arrive at our studio.
If we have already received your sample, the production timeline is as follows:

Once your order is complete and shipped, you will receive an update and a tracking number via email so you can follow its delivery right to your doorstep.
