Questions we're often asked
How much milk do I need to send for breastmilk keepsake?
We only need around 15 ml of breastmilk to create your unique piece.
How do I send my materials to you?
After you place your order, we’ll send you the appropriate collection kit along with everything you need to safely prepare your keepsake materials. Detailed return instructions, including where and how to send your materials, will be provided by email based on your location.
How long does it take to receive my jewelry?
Our standard processing time for keepsake jewelry is 6 to 8 weeks from the date we receive your materials. For more intricate or complex designs, processing may take up to 8 weeks. You can choose our Rush Turnaround option for an additional fee, and we will prioritize your order, shipping it within 4 weeks of receiving your materials.
