How Do I Deliver My Inclusion Ashes to Love Catcher?

How Do I Get Ashes to You?

Collection kit availability varies by location. Ashes collection kits are currently available for customers in the U.S., and will soon be available in Canada and Australia. Where available, we’ll send you a collection kit with everything you need to safely prepare and return the ashes to us.

For customers in other countries or regions where a collection kit is not available, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the appropriate Love Catcher studio address for safely packaging and sending the ashes directly to us.

How much of the ashes do you need to create a piece of jewelry?

We only need a small amount of ashes — about 1/8 teaspoon is usually enough — and any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your finished jewelry.

How should I package the ashes for shipping?

Packaging instructions vary depending on whether a collection kit is available in your location.

If you receive a collection kit: Place the required amount of ashes into the small ashes urn provided in the kit and follow the included instructions.

If a collection kit is not available in your location: Place the required amount of ashes in a small, secure, double-sealed ziplock bag. Clearly write your name and order number on the outside of the bag with a permanent marker, then place it inside a sturdy bubble mailer or small box for protection during transit.

Your instructions will also include a QR code that you can scan to watch our step-by-step instruction video before preparing and sending the ashes.

What happens to any leftover ashes after my jewelry is made?

Every single grain of your loved one's ashes is treated with dignity. Any remaining ashes that are not fully incorporated into your custom gemstone or keepsake will be carefully packaged and returned to you alongside your finished Love Catcher jewelry piece.

Which shipping carrier should I use to send the ashes?

For customers in the U.S.: Your collection kit includes a prepaid return shipping label with tracking, so you can simply use the provided label to send the ashes back to us.

For customers in other countries or regions where a prepaid return label is not available: We recommend using a reliable shipping service that provides tracking so you can monitor the package until it reaches our studio. Your instructions will include the appropriate Love Catcher studio address for your order.

How will I know that my package has arrived safely at your studio?

As soon as our team receives and checks in your package, we will send you a delivery confirmation email. This note will reassure you that your precious materials have arrived safely and that our artisans are ready to begin crafting your memorial piece.
